Pool is heated @ approx. 80 degrees(until Mid Sept). Pool Addendum and Home Addendum must be signed with all leases. No more than 2 motorized boats or Jet Skis at anytime. Property to be left neat, clean & ready for next tenants. Remove all trash & place in outside cans & empty refrigerator. Check-In 3:00PM. & Check-Out 10:00AM. Strictly enforce Max. #10 people, including children.
